REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand the importance of your time and resources, so we advise you to please book after extra consideration.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Online payment for classes must be submitted prior to the scheduled date to ensure your seat.

  • We only accept prior payment online.

  • Cancellation later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time for any reason will not refunded.

  • If you are a student of a scheduled class and fail to turn up or give notice prior 12 hours, you will forfeit one class from your course.

  • Students with membership who have booked a space and without prior notice do not show to the class more than twice in 7 days will have their membership status reviewed. Spaces are important, so is the teacher’s time, so avoid any revoke or refunded your membership.

  • Late arrival is not allowed unless you provide an appropriate justification. You need to convey your teacher before the class begins.

  • Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum 24 hours in advance.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after your classes start.

  • If a student is forced to withdraw from the programme because of special circumstances such as illness, change in circumstances, bereavement or anything other special case, unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

  • In case of refund, the refund shall be processed in original used instrument within 5-7 working days as per the bank policies. 

  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling of any particular course, students have the choice to transfer to another course or to receive a full refund of the paid fees.
